Structure of the Guide

The guide is divided into three main parts:

  3. Executing: Complete the work defined in the plan (10 processes).
  4. Monitoring & Controlling: Track, review, and regulate progress and performance (12 processes).
  5. Closing: Finalize all activities and formally close the project (1 process).
